With this place, the email for customer service returns as doesn’t exist. The phone number direct you to the website which has no way to talk to anybody. "We're delayed by tornados on the way and upon arrival the front desk employee had his back facing the customers and just yelled "we have no room". When I said we had a reservation he said "no you do not". I have never experienced such blatant disrespect in a professional setting.
