"Came for a sports tournament and location was perfect. Greeted by welcoming kind staff member and we were able to check-in early! Evening and next day morning staff member were also very kind. Lobby was clean. 2queens w/ sofa bed was spacious for our family of 5(2 adults and 3 teens). Bathroom clean, water pressure in shower okay. Kid said breakfast was okay with eggs, sausage, muffins, waffles, biscuits, fruit, gravy, juice, cereal, milk. Walking distance to main attractions of Gatlinburg strip/stores/restaurants. Parking tight but to be expected. Would stay here again if ever in the are. Thanks for a nice stay Comfort Suite staff :)"

"The location is absolutely stunning, affordable, and offers plenty to do without having to leave the grounds. They offer shuttle buses to take you around the resort. Please note: the water park does cost additional funds: but it’s absolutely worth it."
