"Good location and nice breakfast. But we had a major issue with the fireplace. When we checked in, it didn’t work. They said it was repaired the next day, but when we walked towards the room, we could smell gas from outside. They told us it was just a back build up that needed to dissipate, and we left our door open for an hour till it mostly went away. "Facility was clean; friendly and helpful staff; very nice indoor water park area with small pool area attached; need to bring your own towels to the pool area; be sure to know the code to get into pool area - it is not key access - code only; location was wonderful - close to downtown gatlinburg; walking distance; good and available parking; breakfast was great, fresh food; fresh coffee available 24 hours; will definitely stay again "

"Property was nice and clean. Quiet but within walking distance of downtown Gatlinburg. Parking is not great with additional cost to park on their property. Breakfast was what is expected, nothing fantastic but convenient to an early morning breakfast without leaving the hotel. I was well satisfied with our visit."
