"The staff were helpful and the pool was our favorite part. Our room was right by the elevator so it was loud. The blackout curtains let a lot of light in and didn’t really allow us to sleep in much. We stayed 5 days and 4 nights and our room was attended to only once. The bed was the worst - hard, squeaky, could feel every spring, and very uncomfortable. "I loved the front desk clerk Jessica ,she was very nice and helpful. The only problem i had with the property was they don't come clean your room daily or give out towels.You have to empty your own trash and ask for clean towels, but the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The tub was clogged when I got there but they sent a maintenance man the next morning to resolve the issue."

"The property and work staff were very friendly,except 1 gentleman at night acted like he hated his job! Then on top of that the complimentary breakfast isn't anything but an egg, maybe some toast. When we arrived we were having issues with the door physically closing, so the mgr had someone come to look at it and "fix it".... he came...but never fixed anything. Ur a/c is controlled by the hotel and so is the volume on the tv!
