"Staff was very wonderful and pleasant. Hotel room was clean, roomy and comfortable. Television could be a bit larger (difficult to see from distance of bed and sofa without glasses). Love the renovations! Breakfast and service at Dupars was great"

"The WiFI in my room had to be turned back on every time I closed my phone or lap top. The AC unit in my room (201) was extremely loud and I had to wear ear plugs to get some sleep. The curtain rod next to the sink was unattached on one side. This room needs some specific work before it is occupied again!"

"I loved the spa pool! The place was so nice and clean. We stayed in room 3128. The bathroom had a horrible smell from the second we walked in. I love this place. I would stay here again for sure, just maybe not that same room, because of the smell."

"I enjoyed my 2-day stay. The room was fresh and clean and perfectly cool temperature since the a/c unit was running. The staff was friendly, tentative, and professional. Reyna, Mike, April, and Wes were the main four employees I interacted with and they were all fabulous! I look forward to staying here again if and when I return to Las Vegas. "Kids got bitten up both managers seen bits and never refused us just moved rooms and relocated me in different area. Horrible vacation for kids, this was totally unfair and front office never was sensitive to the situation and never said sorry Be careful!!!! Be careful .... Maybe because we was a black family we was took advantage of_ rights and discriminated etc due to travel/ habitat in hospitality.... Breached Poor service"
