"Overall the property was good but some things to note. 1. Hot water wasn’t working when we arrived. They had someone over within 2 hours to check it, and did end up fixing it within about 4 hours, it was frustrating after a long travel day. 2. "Very charming hotel, very clean, and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was good, but get there early as they do run out of some things. The lounge area was nice for relaxing, and there is a little outdoor seating area that was very pleasant. Great location for exploring Royal Mile and surrounding area."

Tvåvånings sängen var mycket skön att sova i. Tyvärr var de större sängarna av äldre modell och madrassernas fjädring gjorde att sängarna uppfattades som ”skålade” och ”lutade”. Gjorde det svårt att sova i ”sin egen” sovställning."
