"We stayed in the deluxe 2 bedroom unit and it was very spacious and clean. The beds were comfy and the bedrooms had black out curtains. I sent a message in advance asking for the beds in one of the rooms to be separated and they were each made with their own duvet and bedding, which we really appreciated (they were separated a couple of inches which was sufficient for us). "Very well located, spacious and well kept. Unfortunately they put us in a room right at the entrance of their second building in our first night. Our bed was right in front of the main door, so anyone could see us and we could hear every one that was coming in + the cleaning team at 6am next morning. Also the air conditioning was not working. Next day they moved us to a far better room that I believe should better reflect their standards. Make sure you don’t get that 1st family room!"

"Beautiful hotel with small but perfectly formed rooms. We were upgraded to a room with a view of the castle which was tiny but lovely. The bar area is fantastic and the Whisky Bar was our downfall (thanks to Dario who is an expert!) Will definitely return"

We stayed only one night, but the size of the room and the mini kitchen would have made for a very comfortable multi-night stay. The 24 hour coffee and complimentary croissants in the morning. were much appreciated."

"El anuncio de la propiedad es engañoso. Hay que subir 5 pisos por escaleras y eso no lo menciona previamente. Cuando te envían el código para accesar al departamento solo hasta ese momento menciona que no hay elevador. Y al llegar al edificio descubres que son 5 pisos y tardaron 20 minutos en avisar cuál era el número de apartamento. "The apartment was huge and the location was great!! It was easy to get around, Princes Street Gardens was right across the street with a view of the castle! The apartment was clean. There was a Nespresso machine but no pods unfortunately. If you have heavy luggage, it will be difficult to access the apartment. There is a circular staircase and no elevator. This wasn’t a problem for us though but I can see it being a problem for others. We only stayed one night but worked perfectly for our needs."
