"I enjoyed my three night stay at Hotel President. The property is well maintained and my room was very comfortable and the staff pleasant. The breakfast was excellent with a lot of variety. There are three main restaurants and a bakery/ coffee shop. I ate at the Italian and Indian restaurant. Some places are walkable or a short taxi ride away. There is a Metro station close by but I did not use it. One of the questions Expedia asked was about the ocean view from my balcony. I did not have a balcony or an ocean view. I did have a comfortable suite with a nice city view. It’s possible that some rooms have an ocean view and/ or a balcony but I am not certain of this. "

"Very courteous staff. Good clean hotel in south Mumbai. We enjoyed our stay for the second time at this hotel. Good choice of breakfast. A wonderful view of the queen’s necklace from the ocean view rooms is the sunset too. "

"The first room we were offered was absolutely diabolical, it didn't even have a window and smelled of paint! Fair play to the hotel they did change us to a room that was marginally better for no additional cost but if we were staying there for any longer than one night I would've moved to a different hotel. English health and safety would 100% have the hotel condemned, there is zero fire escapes and god forbid there is a fire in the building, I doubt there would be any survivors!"

"We had a really great stay at Taj Mahal Tower. The moment we arrived, the entrance felt grand and welcoming, and it set the tone for the rest of the visit. My parents absolutely loved the breakfast buffet. There were so many options and everything tasted fresh. It was honestly one of their favorite parts of the stay. What stood out the most was the staff. Everyone was so warm, polite, and genuinely helpful. The hospitality felt very personal and thoughtful, which made the experience even more special. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we would definitely come back."

"Wonderful experience as one would expect from an Oberoi flagship. These days, too many hotels of this calibre tend to cater primarily to a business clientele and disappoint in terms of quality of breakfast, gym facilities, and overall hospitality. It was reassuring to see Oberoi being an excepetion to this trend. "

"Rooms are nice and clean but there is a lot of noise coming in from the corridors. Hotel is unconventional as on the 4F, facilities look better in the pictures than real, from the road there is only an elevator and a sign. "
