"Good location, very clean, good staff"

"We (me and my wife) recently stayed at this hotel for over 2 weeks. The location is good. Also, the room is functional enough. That's positive side. However, we are not satisfied with the quality of the service through our experience. First, right after we checked in (Friday) and unpacked luggage, we found out that the room's laundry machine didn't work properly with error message. "Really nice property, excellent location, quiet and relaxed, as it was 25 minutes away from downtown Amsterdam via a tram you could board 3 minutes away from the property. Good restaurant on site and good food options nearby. Property has a washing center that has washers and dryers that work perfectly. Which was one of our decision key points. Would definitely recommend. A+"

"fantastic place to stay. two bedroom suite had everything needed: stove, oven, fridge, all utensils and a large dining area. short walk to grocery store north or south. easy access to tram (very easy to get to/from airport schiphol). ebike rental from adagio was the best thing we did. access to the anywhere in the city within 30 minutes. katja (sp?) was very helpful at the front desk. laundry services were very useful. just a little south of city center but i highly recommend."

"This small, authentic, owner-operator historic hotel is an uncommon experience. It isn’t perfect, with a very narrow, winding staircase (no lift), but the old-school key access and features like original floors and windows, large floor space, and super friendly family staff, we felt like it was a great value and location for Amsterdam.
