All I can say is our experience was totally different. We had a last minute room change via email, so I think potentially our room was a deluxe suite. "We stayed in a 1 bedroom canal view space. Very comfortable and good space to spread out after a long day of exploring the city. There's no a/c, which we knew prior to our stay. Thankfully there was a fan provided which made a world of difference in the comfort level. Be sure to use it in the summer!
