"This hotel is not really close to anything. Book your Uber at least 30mins in advanced for wherever you’re going. Renting a bike or a car is a better option if you stay here. Cleaning staff only comes once every 6 days but don’t give enough toilet paper for 6 days. I bought some from the Jumbo grocery store which is a ~20min walk. Overall I would not stay here again, mainly because of location. If you want to visit museums, do a bike tour, Anne Frank tour, etc. … all of that is at least 40mins...

"Really nice property, excellent location, quiet and relaxed, as it was 25 minutes away from downtown Amsterdam via a tram you could board 3 minutes away from the property. Good restaurant on site and good food options nearby. Property has a washing center that has washers and dryers that work perfectly. Which was one of our decision key points. Would definitely recommend. A+"

"Location was 5 minutes walking distance to public transportation, but overall a little far from the center of town for our purposes. Safe area to walk. Our bathroom flooded the first night, but they were able to move us to another room. No nightstand to charge phones etc. Tight space for two adults and two children even though its advertised as accommodating four people. Breakfast and breakfast staff were excellent!"

"The apartment was very clean and it had a kitchenette that you could do a bit of cooking. We enjoyed that it was right across the street from the train station, so very convenient for us. Our apartment was a corner apartment so it had lots of windows facing the train station. Each floor had their own laundromat. Staff were super friendly and ready to tell you tourist information. We would definitely stay here again."

"The place needs a bit of TLC. There was also a used face mask left hanging on the lamp, which wasn’t very nice for us. Good location just needs looking after a bit better"

"The hotel was totally unmanned, shortly after checking in the elevator went out of order so by the time it was operative, I lost some precious hours stranded in my room on the 8th floor. Air conditioner was not functioning & for any problem, the only way of contacting, is WhatsApp with a machine. The microwave wasn’t functioning and same problem as the others. I SHALL never try this hotel or any UNMANNED hotel. Expedia better mention explicitly that hotel is UNMANNED 😖"

L'unico GROSSO problema è la comunicazione,( sul sito c'é scritto che 24h prima arriva la mail con il check in) io sono arrivato ad amsterdam che ancora non avevo niente per il check in ne un codice ne una mail di istruzioni, per il futuro a chi prenderà questa stanza contattate con il numero il posto e richiedete la mail per il check in... Io ho dovuto chiamare 2 volte. Perché mi...
