"Our stay at Epic Sana was excellent from start to finish. The modern design gave the whole property a real sense of luxury, and the staff were consistently helpful, friendly, and attentive throughout our visit.
The location, a bit further from the main square areas, turned out to be a genuine plus — after a long day of exploring, it was wonderful to return to somewhere quiet and safe. The rooftop pool was also very beautiful and welcoming.
My one regret: I only used the spa for half a day. It was such a fully immersive experience. A truly fantastic space, and I’d encourage future guests to carve out more time for it. I hope one day to return and maximize my time there.
Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort, quality service, and a peaceful home base."
"The location is 20 minutes from the main shopping and tuk tuk rides. I chose it for it's reputation of 5 star service. It did not disappoint. It's close to a few museums and nice lounges and restaurants. I really enjoyed the daily 2hr complimentary access to spa. I definitely wanted access to a hot tub and pool. It was perfect for this first time solo traveler."
"I really enjoyed my stay at Lisbon Wine & Books. The hotel was spotless, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice.
The only downside was the spa. You have to wait for it to be switched on before I could use it, and the temperatures were inconsistent—sometimes it was too hot while others were too cold. It was a little disappointing compared to the rest of the experience.
Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely recommend the hotel. With a few improvements to the spa, it would easily be a 5-star experience."
"When you walk it has a hostel feel to it. So initially I was disappointed. When I got to my room I was pleasantly surprised. The rooms are small, but have everything convience you need. I just had the studio. It has a full kitchen and washing machine/dryer. It was immaculately clean. The restaurants were tremendous. The staff were amazing. The breakfast was really good. There is a High end Whiskey bar on level -3 from 7pm till 1pm, with very cool vibes. Maz was absolutely adorable and attentive at the pool bar. Nelson in the Whiskey bar made the best Old Fashioned yet. There is another cool vibe bar on -3 that opens at 10pm with cool hip hop vibe if you like artist such as Biggie. The front desk staff are always ready to help with a smile. The location is walkable to shopping and the main blvd and many restaurants. Differently highly recommend. It will be my go to whenever in Lisbon. I stayed at the Tivoli previously, though it's fancier, I love the vibe here!"

"I would highly recommend this hotel. It was very clean, staff were very friendly and service was awesome. Little details like providing a welcome treat and always filling our water bottles with ice water before we went out for the day was great!"
