"Hotel Garrett was a wonderful stay and it was clean and was nicely designed. I know there are complaints about the area being sketchy, but this what SF has become everywhere due to the City not helping it's people and not the fault of the hotel. I appreciate the very secure lock lobby door to keep things safe and felt very welcomed by the staff! The breakfast is small but had delicious pastries from a local bakery. "

"I honestly liked this place. I’m not sure why the reviews aren't higher? The owner and his family are really kind, and helpful. It’s in a really great location too.
