"The rooms were okay, shower was good. The service was amazing. The buffet was good both days. Flys landi g on the food, when the chef made my omlete he didnt even clean it and sime of the plates werent cleaned properly. The pool is the best, and they have a great playground "
"Even though the property was lovely and big, you never got the feeling of being overcrowded.
The only thing that we found was lacking was the transport desk as we booked a taxi the night before departure for 7am and it did not get there until 7.30am"

"This was a perfect spot to spend a 15-hr layover with two young children (ages 2 and 7)! It was an affordable taxi ride to/from the airport-- $25 USD. We arrived early in the morning (8am) and were welcomed warmly and given a place to store our bags until check-in at 2pm. We ordered breakfast, sat on the beach, used the pool, and relaxed until our room was ready. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. "I recently stayed at Sheraton Villa and had a wonderful experience. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed.
The facilities were great, especially the swimming pools, my 3-year-old daughter really enjoyed. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options.
