"Excellent property located in a quite corner of the beach. The breakfast was excellent with great patio dinnig tables on the beach. The room is clean and modern. Pika and Top were excellent breakfast hosts in line with the best restaurants in the world. 800 m walk along the beach to the commercial area with great shops and restaurants. Some rooms have a challenging access to the beach and front end."

"Saii Laguna is a gorgeous property that is well maintained and it is on the beachfront so beach access is immediate and perfect. The staff are amazing. They walked us to our room and explained everything. On our last night they let us check out at 12pm then use the facilities all days so we could catch out night flight. "A well established property in a developed area with much conveniences. All service staff are well trained and provided excellent service. The food quality and choices are very. The pool is good, but the beach furniture is a bit tired. Overall, a very reasonable getaway, (except for the overwhelming presence of the escaping crowd from that Eastern European country, which the property can not help)."

"Hatte ein Zimmer mit Poolblick gebuctund hervorragendes Zimmer erhalten. Im Gegensatz zu anderen Hoels wrkt die klimaanlage ndirekt un bläst nicht direkt auf das bett was es besonders angenehm macht. Das zimmer wird täglich gereinigt und ist immer tip top. WÜNSCHENSWERT wäre für ich nur ein moskitonetz an der Balkontür da ich gerne mit offenem Fenster schlafe...aber das ist meine persönliche Sache....hat kein andetes Hotel und würde viel Energie sparen. Das Frühstück ist umfanreich..asistisch...

The way Stephen handled the check-in process was really bad, never have I experienced such a bad and rushed check-in process.
