"The best part of my stay was the food. Mostly everything was perfect. Plenty of options. My first major complaint was that if you want to eat at any of the actual restaurants on the property you have to make a reservation as soon as you get there and you will probably only get the lastest time possible. "Overall a nice trip. Check in was extremely slow. Room was not ready and waited way too long for the room to be ready. Ruined our first day. Room was spacious and clean. Temporary adult pool was ok. Way too many reserved chairs that were not being used. A complete waste when there are not enough chairs to begin with. Just another way for them to make more money. Need a better system for guests who are over 18 to enter the adult pool. Kept telling my daughter every day she could not...

"You get what you pay. While certainly not the most expensive 5 star facility, it was still well appointed with a high level of service. The included private car transport from and to the airport was a nice touch."

"The staff was friendly and courteous. Checked in easily and they brought my luggage to the room. I walked down to the restaurant in front of the hotel for a drink and dinner. The hotel had a pool table and bar next to the pool. The room was clean and cool with a fan on and AC. I checked out early to get to the airport by 5am. They charged me $33 for the ride. Online it said there would be a surcharge for a 5 minute ride. Lots of stairs to climb- no elevator."

We had to ask 3 different days to have our room stocked with 4 towels not 2 since there was 4 of us. The first day they said they would go get towels and never returned. "I would not recommend this property. The staff was nice but nothing was organized and the excursions they offered were not reliable. The bathroom I had was disgusting. I was a solo traveller and they treated me horribly. They even left me at an excursion. No good snorkeling from the beach."

"Breakfast was good. The problem was that I explained I needed Wi-Fi and they didn't have it. I had to go to the restaurant to get a signal. When I wanted to speak to a staff member, there was never anyone at reception. When I tried to shower, I basically needed 40 minutes because the water wasn't flowing enough to wash myself. For the price they charge for accommodation, it doesn't seem right to me."
