"Pool side was amazing Wednesday and Thursday with nice low lounge music - BUT Friday it was impossible to stay at the pool as the volume and bass was WAY TO LOUD. A lot of people left as you couldn’t speak together."

"Don’t be so cheap with charging people to get into their rooms a bit earlier than 4 pm, that’s really tacky just for a couple hours early. And don’t let mice relay rat bait and expire in 5th floor rooms, does the mouse cost extra too? The $5 drink was bad expensive enough. Other Embassy Suites don’t do that. "

"In general, we had an adequate stay. The cleaning staff were great, and the bedroom and bathroom amenities were fine. The key point for me was that it was advertised as having a 'kitchen', but there was no stove. I had counted on being able to cook (for a child with major dietary constraints). In the end we were reduced to microwaveable food, which was not what I was planning for. There were plates, dishes and utensils, and a medium sized fridge, all of which were appreciated. "

"Pool maintenance was ongoing during our stay, so we had to use the Flamingo family pool which was very inconvenient and crowded. Also, be prepared for staff asking you if you have received your welcome gift. They are not pushy but they are tricky once they get your attention. It is not a welcome gift per se, it’s to pressure you to attend a timeshare presentation which could easily take a day of your time. Do not believe the 90 min presentation; it takes way more than that to get to the place...

"Location was very good for RTC transfer also 35 mins walking to planet Hollywood. A night deposit is taken out upon check in and parking is $20 per night. There is an excellent pizza place across the street. Breakfast is great with variety. Overall a good experience "

"The resort is amazing, but sadly there's been multiple issues with billing - the hotel does not automatically send out a folio upon check-out like other hotels do. The resort and beverage credits were not applied (even AFTER I've brought this up with the front desk several times during my stay), and I was overcharged multiple times - had I not checked my credit card statement I would not have found out."
