"Bar did not have basic amenities including fries, and a variety of drink options. Bartender had to put a sticky note and redline items not available on the menu. This puts a shame to the Hilton brand. The bartender made me a drink that cost $17 and it was insulting to be charged that price since the bartender had absolutely no idea what she was doing. "

"I suspect units are different but my unit was terrible. The Bluebird staff did not reply let alone fix the issues. Water was not hot, just a little warm, property had a hole in the wall, broken chair, broken lamp shade, broken venetian blind, Wi-fi log in was incorrect and the staff never provided the correct site and password. "Property and room very clean and well maintained. Staff was very helpful and friendly. It is 6 min. Ride to the metro station. I definitely would recommend and stay there again. "
