"Location is 5-star and only surpassed by how attentive and kind the staff are. The room is left, A/C works beautifully as does the shower, sink, etc. Great water pressure!! However, I did find a small ball of the previous guests’ hair in the shower floor, which was cleaned when housekeeping came in the room. "We stayed at NaNa Vida for 8 nights in 2 different King Deluxe suites. I was travelling with my 12 year old. The hotel is in the heart of Roma Norte, one of the safest and most vibrant neighbourhoods of Mexico City. The hotel is very nice and the staff are extremely friendly. I originally booked one night but extended to two — the rate was excellent and the staff couldn't have been more helpful, including when they helped me fix a date mistake I made during booking. The apartment itself is lovely: spacious, quiet despite being right in the middle of Roma, with a great rooftop and good water pressure throughout. Everything was perfect. Highly recommend."

"Hotel location is great right in the middle of Roma Norte. Room was big and comfortable. It had a fridge, stove, small dining table, couch, 2 TVs. The floors and walls had an unfinished look but I didn't have any problem with it. Biggest issue we had was security. On the 2nd evening there, discovered that a Dior makeup blush was taken from the room.
