"施設は伝統を感じる落ち着いた雰囲気。 ロビーに入る前からドアマン、チェックイン、全てスタッフの応対が素晴らしかったです。 韓国料理のレストランのディナーは感動の一言です。 朝食ビュッフェも素晴らしく心に残る時間となりました。 また来年伺いたいです。"

"Good view (for Namsan mountain & city) and clean facility... but one tower building (for hotel) with other separate club (for mainly other membership of swimming, fitness, golf range). Not so much choice of restaurant inside. Breakfast is also OK. One particular of this Banyan Tree Seoul is one "bath pool" inside of room (with separate small steam sauna). This is the main reason I made choice this time. Actually it is good experience. Main issue for this hotel is the price. Too expensive...

"Clean and spacious room!"

"We stayed in two different hotels in Seoul during this trip. New Blanc is in a rather quiet area, but it is still quite close to the metro stations. New Blanc is very new and modern and clean. The room is small, but I think the space in the room is sufficient. The beautiful lounge on the 18th floor can really make it up. I really like the hardwood floor inside the hotel room. After we checked out of New Blanc and checked into another hotel in the busy Myeongdong area, I realized I missed my...

"J’ai passé seulement une nuit au Grand Hyatt et je suis arrivée tard en soirée. Ainsi il est plus difficile d’avoir une opinion objective étant donné que n’ai fait que dormir sans utiliser les différents services. Par contre, le meilleur point en leur faveur est leur situation géographique près de tout à Séoul. Si je revenais à Séoul, je choisirais cet hôtel pour mieux l’apprécier."

"忠武路駅出口すぐにあり、ソウル駅や明洞駅が近くて、とても便利でした。 ホテルの部屋はとても清潔で清掃も行き届いていて、気持ちよく滞在できました。また韓国に来る際はこちらに泊まると思います。"

"Good!"

"They don’t have a front desk/reception are. The check in was super easy on the kiosk which is on the 2nd floor. Just get in the elevator to the second floor to check in. After that from the 2nd floor and up you need a room key for the elevator. The room was small but had a big closet and a full fridge. Great location just a 6 min walk to the Myeongdong night market. The police station is right next to the hotel. Housekeeping staff did not speak English but they were very friendly."

"Very close to the station. I liked that for this particular period, I received a sheet mask for my stay. Also there was water available. Upon check out, there is a locker to store my things. I arrived early and my room was available so I was able to check in before 12pm. That was also very nice."

"Small apartment, could barely fit 4 of us with our 4 big luggages. Toilet was quite small as well. At least it was clean, had washing machine & dryer, and provided towels when requested. When we checked in, we realised that there was no laundry detergent and texted the CS, they took a long time to reply and we almost went to buy detergent ourselves. They could have provided more instructions on what to do to get new towels etc as we had to wait a long time for them to reply"

"The hotel is nice clean and the staff is excellent. The only reason why I did not give five star is because of the genocidal Israeli flag on the top. Other than that, everything was nice."
