"Was not provided with an access code. When I managed to contact the property manager they claimed no personal information was forwarded to them, ie; phone number or email from Expedia. I had to enlist the help of a nearby business to contact them 3 hours after the check in time. If Expedia doesn’t forward details why would you continue to use them as booking agents. Property was close enough to train station and quite location, front door was often not secured from the street "

"We loved our three nights at Ellenborough Park. What a gorgeous property. The room we had was number 40! Looked like a bridal suite!. The food was fabulous and great bar. The spa was excellent. Kevin is a great manager! Max, Charlie, Bernadette and all the other waiters were fabulous! The Sunday lunch was great! We will definitely be back for another visit!"

"First room over looked aircon units and smelt damp so changed rooms. Asked for firmer pillows and was offered bath towels instead. Finally got it right. Breakfast was great. Good choice and hot. Toaster as always one side brown the other near burnt. Bar staff excellent, fast service and friendly. The main dining room is another story. Asked if they had a table as we hadn't booked and was left waiting for 10 minutes. Left with no response so pretty poor. Ordered room service but so far down the...
