"The staff were genuinely excellent—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with anything I needed. They were kind to accommodate my request for a late checkout when I was running late.
The room itself was spotless and well-maintained, which immediately put me at ease. Housekeeping clearly does a great job here, and everything felt fresh and comfortable throughout my stay. Location was good for me as I drove up there, there was enough parking spots.

"I am so happy we stayed at the Pilsley Inn. It is located in a lovely little village just outside of Chatsworth House. I felt like I had stepped back in time. "Firstly, I didn’t make use of the ‘amenities’. I was visiting parents who had moved house so this was literally a place to rest my head. That being said, the restaurant staff were lovely as I arrived late when l they were finishing shift so helped me find keys and get in.
The room was decent - comfortable bed, shower and separate toilet. The only gripe I had was that the toilet light was on a timer so when cleaning teeth/washing face etc light would go off after 15s or so.
