"Right across the street from Wrigley this place is the place to stay if watching cubs game and visiting Wrigley. Gallagher way. Brand new. Fabulous staff that accommodated my early arrival bag storage & changing in rest room pre game. Only issue is parking. Not clear signage but it’s off Clark street look for big on building. Once you leave u pre pay but pull all the way up to exit doors or they won’t open spent 15 minutes figuring out how to trigger the exit Fabulous pregame or other...

"It's a good property for my needs as far as location. Room is nice and clean. But so overpriced. Front desk staff is not exactly warm and friendly. Breakfast decent."

"Pros of staying at this hotel: -staff was very friendly and helpful. -offsite parking was reasonably priced and close. -elevator was working. -close to Lincoln Park and Wrigley Fields. -room was bigger than most city hotel rooms. Cons of staying at this hotel: -dated property -musty smelling -rooms were dimly lit -room did not feel that clean because of the age of the carpet, tile in the bathroom, and furniture. I would not stay here again because the cons outweighed the pros for me."

"This was my second stay at the Sono. I love everything about it. It is a great location with restaurants within walking distance. Free to park close to hotel. Comfortable beds. Very clean!! Management is both helpful and friendly! Breakfast had healthy options. I plan to stay again next time I’m in town."

"My family and I came to Chicago to lay my mother in law to rest. Ben was really helpful in every way you could think of. There was enough rooms and space to accommodate us. I cooked a full course meal that turned out really great! lol The tenants were so nice and fun! They made our stay even better because we really needed those laughs! "Excellent location. Staff members were very welcoming and friendly. Hotel is exceptionally clean. Roof top lounge offered quality drinks as well as food with a great city view. Would recommend."

"Tv only had cable. No Netflix. Lids for coffee cups in room would be helpful. If I use the paper cup, I’m probably taking it somewhere. Room temp control was not user friendly and it was super warm even set at 69."
