"The actual hotel is rundown and old, nothing like the photos make it seem. The walls are so dirty and the carpet definitely needs to be replaced. Made the mistake of not looking up the area before booking; absolutely terrible. Lots of homeless. The staff was friendly, which was the only positive about this hotel. "

"It felt like a boarding house. No common area to sit on a couch and relax. Our window opened onto an air shaft and no view. Neighborhood parking is nonexistent so only stay if using Uber. The bed and bath were clean. However I would not stay there again."

"The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. But it was a rather small room and the bathroom was kinda small also. The check in kisok took way too long."

"I have stayed here numerous times. Each time has been outstanding and this time was no exception. Every area of my stay was top-notch but I want to single out the staff. Every stay, they have been amazing. They are so kind, considerate and welcoming. They have been consistently awesome and I appreciate it every time."

"Great decor, close to the concert venue our son was going to. Parking was a bit difficult so we had to circle around a few times until the front desk guy came out and explained it was confusing. We appreciated him taking time off to explain how to find public parking since their parking lot was full. "

Free coffee & tea in the restaurant, though since small staff priority is understandably to the paid clients, after 15 minutes to wait to refill cafinated coffee, we end up leaving and going elsewhere. "Staff were friendly when we arrived and even recommended places to dine. Clean room, amenities were great especially having an accessible water station. We appreciate the free coffee and pastries! "

"I have stayed in SF numerous times and this hotel is by far my favorite. It was clean, the decor is so well done, and the staff was so pleasant and accommodating. I will be recommending this hotel to anyone looking to stay in SF. The only con is the surrounding area is not great (a lot of police activity, a lbut that can be said for a lot of SF."

"The 1st room was dark, dank and had a mold issue, we upgraded significantly $$ wise to larger sunny room. The fridge in that room froze the salads and fruit we purchased, ultimately had to toss them all. Staff is wonderful, accommodating, location was perfect for the business we were doing."

"Very cute place the lobby was so nice and relaxing. They had a cappuccino machine and coffee and I would just sit there and it was so pretty great locations walk out the door and there’s all the little malls for Japan town. I love shopping in the little malls, it was so cute. There was so many cool stuff locations fantastic and all the staff were so friendly and helpful and nice. I’ll definitely stay there again. My son had stayed there before and that’s how he recommended to me. I came out for...

"Excellent place to stay in SF. All the conveniences of a top property while priced less than other top places to stay. Once you stay there, you will understand why it was President Obama's preferred place to stayl in SF. We recently stayed at another SF Hotel and deeply regretted not going back to the Omni. We were a bit put off by the $92 a day parking--but going forward will just look at it as part of the total room price when comparing other properties."
