"The staff were friendly and very welcoming. The room was really clean and well equipped. Breakfast was busy and some items were in short supply...but this was due to a late delivery. The staff were very apologetic about this. Gluten free bread was provided for us...all done with a smile! The hotel was easy to find and within easy reach of Southampton port...we definitely stay here again."

"The room was clean and comfortable, but it was quite noisy, especially on our last day. The very young girls who are the cleaning crew, were sitting right outside our door chatting, laughing and playing on their phones waiting for us to check out even though we had more than an hour till checkout time. We found it to be quite unprofessional. The breakfast service was mediocre the first day but much better the second. It's a nice place to get away from the city center, but not as quiet as I had...

"This was one of the most enjoyable stays I’ve experienced in recent years. The area of Brockenhurst is stunning and I’m very glad Rhinefield House Hotel was my base to explore it. The grounds were gorgeous and the staff were extremely conscientious and made the atmosphere. The breakfast made the perfect start to the day and I’d definitely visit again. "

"We had a wonderful experience at The Mortimer’s Arms. If you are visiting Paultons Park/Peppa Pig World, the location is unbeatable (within walking distance). The hotel is exceptionally dog-friendly. They provided a water bowl, treats, and a toy for our dog, which was such a lovely gesture. The rooms are spacious and high-end; we easily fit a large dog crate in the room with plenty of floor space to spare. The complimentary breakfast was high quality and delicious.
