The bathroom had a leak and the carpet around the bathroom was soaking wet. I messaged the host about the issue upon checking in and they responded acknowledging the issue - but the plumber never came to fix the issue."

Also, there are good restaurants within a 15 to 20 minute walk. There is a decent full kitchen, although there appeared to be no way to make ice.
