"A lot of noise from people walking in and out, and kids screaming early in the morning. That’s not the hotel’s fault. But some sound isolation would be nice. The room was nice enough, nothing extra there. Bathroom door didn’t close properly. Bed was okay, but not the best. "

"The hotel was excellent, but the service in the restaurant, especially for breakfast was not good. We had to chase our cooked breakfast 3 times, and waited for over 30 minutes. "We stayed in the newly refurbished annex at the back of the property. A very quiet, cool room for a hot Saturday night stay. Exceptionally clean with everything you could want including tea/coffee making facilities & chocolate biscuits. Costs were higher than normal as event on at the St Mary’s Stadium but still a great stay despite the inflated price."
