"The room was dark and very tired. Loose light fittng that's not suitable for family stay. Breakfast was sad. Plates and glasses are dirty. Glasses you can feel it still had dirts all around them.I thought it would be equivalent to Premier inn but it's much worse. On the way to reception at ground floor, it smell like weed. One of the private room was playing loud music. Towels and beddings are dirty. .."

"The room was clean and comfortable, but it was quite noisy, especially on our last day. The very young girls who are the cleaning crew, were sitting right outside our door chatting, laughing and playing on their phones waiting for us to check out even though we had more than an hour till checkout time.
