We were running late for our meeting due to traffic so couldn’t address this at the time. At about 11:30pm we came back and just got our things . I sent the owner a message and asked for some kind of refund . I get that the place is old but at least make sure it’s clean . So now we were exhausted from the drive and the training...

"Staff was nice never had an issue with anything I will say the pictures are way different than in person. When we walked in we noticed 2 roaches and the kitchen burners weren’t working in the room. There were hairs in the shower and on the floors. It looked like the only cleaner was just the sheets I actually had to go buy a mop and broom to clean up because it made me crazy to walk on that. The room is super spacious where I stayed in but they just need better maintenance on the property as in...

"The staff was wonderful. The amenities were there. The property is under construction. The backside is on a railroad track, & it was not the cleanest by a stretch/ all around the property. The room was clean. "

"The staff is always really nice. Check in was quick and easy. It’s an older building so the rooms are a hit or miss (I’ve stayed here several times. Sometimes I get a really clean room, this time was okay. I had stains on the sheets/towels and there was a broken off tissue hidden in the sheets). I went to the gym this time around. The treadmill is broken but the other two machines were usable."

"Very nice hotel, nice staff, clean rooms and good breakfast. Just be aware that there is no elevator to the second floor when booking. Will definitely stay there again next time in town. Walking distance to Baugher's Diner where we had great meals with excellent service."
