"Breakfast was excellent plenty of choice. We had issue with original room but staff eventually changed twin room to one I asked for ie king bed. Bedding clean but issue with room being cleaned (bed making,clean towels etc) Parking good"

"The main reason we booked was because of the airport shuttle. Upon our arrival on Friday with a Sunday departure, we were told it was not available that weekend. The hotel's write-up on Expedia should be much clearer to let travellers know they MUST book the shuttle 3 days in advance or it may be unavailable."

"Considering that it was a budget hotel, we were very happy with our stay as the room was clean, the staff were helpful, the amenities were sufficiently stocked, and the location was ideally situated where it was near a Tram Station (i.e. Gyle Centre). The hotel is also very near Gyle Shopping Centre where Morrisons Supermarket and Marks & Spencer were located within, so it was convenient for us to get our necessities and do some shopping concurrently.
