We come to the area to visit with family and have stayed at this hotel each time. It is centrally located for us and provides a lobby where we can visit with local family members. It would be more convenient if there were provisions for breakfast because there are very few locations offering breakfast in the area.

I really enjoyed the vibe of the hotel. The decorations and the set up of common spaces and rooms were solid. The check-in was easy and it’s interesting to see that they don’t have any staff working to check in guests. The property was decently clean and met our needs. The location had plenty of parking which was nice, but the fact that the doors are open 24/7 and no one is working made me feel slightly uncomfortable. In addition, the water in our room was never hot. I took a luke warm shower both nights and that was less than satisfying. I would think that having less staff working would help bring down the overall operations cost and result in a lower price for the consumer, but I did feel it was overpriced for the experience we had. That being said it is a new hotel so maybe they’ll iron out these flaws in the future.

Check in was great, easy, no wait. As was check out. I can't rate the staff as I never saw a single person. It was very dark, the outside color and inside colors. Very sterile. Clean, but not even a clock in the room. I didn't dislike it, just a weird vibe.

This was the best hotel I have stayed in to date! Very pleasing to the eye with great hospitality. The lounge was stunning and the room was wonderful. Definitely picking Bluebird hotels next time I am in the New England area.
