"Great location, could walk to the strip and Anakeesta was right next to the hotel. The front desk lady was really very helpful. The WiFi was weak and intermittent, there was a brief water stoppage but otherwise all good. Breakfast was good."

"The staff were friendly and it was pretty clean. They had a pretty small fridge in the room that could keep very few things. The bathroom was very tiny. The room was fairly clean. Kept finding long black hairs everywhere. It was really hot in the room even when the air was turned to the lowest setting. I would definitely bring my own drinks and snacks while staying here because the vending machine prices were outrageous but over all it was an okay place to stay for a couple nights. The room we...

"Clean room, great staff & breakfast."

"Elevator out. Pool was closed. Room smelled musty and moldy. Carpet was gross (musty/moldy). There was no hot water. Visible mold throughout. No real lighting in the room. Breakfast was a continental with the option to microwave pancakes. They did give us another room after they saw all the issues. The new room was much better but still had visible mold and the toilet did not work well (running). This place needs to be closed for a full renovation."

"Breakfast was good for our family and our toddler loved the pool with slide. Conveniently located downtown gatlinburg and able to easily walk to all attractions. Overall satisfied with the average hotel. It had everything we needed."

"Our refrigerator had no shelves or racks to hold items and didn’t feel cold enough for leftover food storage. We tried several settings to no avail. We left a night early because we were invaded with ants. It was our last night so instead of packing up to change rooms, we just decided to drive home. We were very disappointed as it was our first time staying there."

The manager was nice and accommodated us because I was sick. But the other staff members that work there were horribly unpolite and unfriendly. We were Afraid to ask for anything because they were always so grumpy if we called for towels or sheets."

"The staff is great. You couldn’t ask for a better location. It’s in the middle of everything. It’s great for parking. I enjoyed breakfast every morning. My only real complaint was that there was no hot water the last morning I was there. I mean literally none. They were working on it which means at times I had no water at all at times."
