The lady on arrival was really welcoming, the girl looking after us for food was very attentive and the gentleman who welcomed us at breakfast was delightful. "Small B&B which is in a quiet area, but just of main routes so easy to find. There is sufficient off-street parking for guests which is a plus. Breakfast offers a good choice for all tastes and the breakfast room, at the side of the property affords sea views which adds to the pleasant feel of what is obviously a well run B&B. The room had a comfortable double bed, ensuit bathroom and provided with tea, coffee, bottled water and biscuits.I was met by the host on arrival and given a tour so I...

"We stayed in an room across the car park from the main building. The room was a good size, very modern and clean with a good shower and modern TV. Staff were really friendly and helpful and breakfast was good quality with good cereal and fruit juice options. Well worth a visit. "

They've done a great job of the hotel and grounds, and it's a great location in the village opposite the church. Easy access to nearby towns, the moors and the coastline. Would highly recommend. "A great and interesting pub, great beer and food, especially the cooked breakfasts, friendly and helpful staff, large, clean room with separate seating area. Cannot recommend this place enough. "

"Really nice clean room and the staff were more than helpful and friendly however the food was unfortunately a disappointment with the rib eye steak being of poor quality, the onion rings being undercooked and the mushrooms being cold. The wait for food was also longer than expected. "

"Clean room, if tired, was nice for 2 nights though I did mention to them that the mattress in our lovely room really needed replacing. The staff were great but clearly shorthanded. On our first night we ate in the bar, but waited an hour for our meals which were ok... The views as shown on the ads are spot on - incredible, and we were very lucky with the weather. With some investment, this place could be really, really lovely, inside as well as out."

"The room was spacious, spotless and had everything we needed, bathroom was also spotless and again had everything needed The staff are friendly and made us feel welcomed from arrival. The only thing that could be made better would be an addition of a full drench shower because there was certainly room for one"
