"We stayed at Niagara Falls Marriott Fallsview Hotel & Spa and had a very good experience overall.
Julia at the reception was really nice and helpful. She checked us in for our three rooms and tried her best to give us rooms close to each other, which we really appreciated.
The rooms were very good, and all of them had beautiful waterfall views. The only downside was the waiting line at reception. They seemed to have only one or two counters open out of four, possibly because they were training new employees, as we noticed two staff members at each open counter.
The valet team was excellent. The guys were very nice, friendly, and welcoming.
Overall, it was a great stay, especially because of the rooms, the views, and the helpful staff."
