"We really enjoyed our 1 night saty mid-week this June. The beds were super comfy and the staff friendly and useful. We stayed in the Rose room. Our only complaint was our room was hot at night. It was 24 degrees outside and our room didn't cool down at night. There was central air with a/c working downstairs, but we didnt notice any cool coming out of our vents until the a.m. We opened windows, but it was a calm, still night. We didnt bring this up with staff, so dont know if there would have...

"The property as a whole is definitely old and showing signs of that, could use some TLC. The first floor smelled like stale smoke but the upper floor did not. My room was big and the bed was very comfortable so I slept well. The bathroom was ok but clean. The breakfast was amazing they serve pancakes, eggs and sausage, also they had pastry’s and drinks. There is a room upstairs with a fridge and some drink so it was nice. Overall very good experience besides for a few thing I would change."

"Anna's B&B was a great place for our two-day visit to Niagara Falls. Check in was a breeze, done over the phone. The whole place was immaculate and our bed was very comfortable. The bathroom and shower were spotless. Breakfast was served from 8:30 to 9:30 each morning and was healthy and delicious. Rosanna, the cook, and her husband treated my wife and me like royalty. "AMAZING. We loved our stay here the check in was very eat and so close to everything we wanted to see and go to. We walked everywhere! Room had everything and more you could imagine including wine glasses, bottle opener, mini fridge etc… and breakfast had an awesome selection that came right to our door. Highly highly recommend!!"
