"Nice hotel good facilities could do with updating and redecorating throughout, nails in the wall where pictures have been taken down but not replaced, no towels ready at the spa she said she’d bring some in but we ended up having to go out and ask for some, paint needing touchups and general aging, et cetera. As it was so late and been driving for over 6hrs we looked at the room - but the room had a really strong cleaning product smell - probably trying to mask the animal smells, and looking closely on the floor you could see animal hair. "The room looked like a hospital room that was under renovation. The beds were also very uncomfortable - you could actually feel the springs in the mattress. "

"Very nice lady on reception. Paid for breakfast which was not as ordered. We gave exact instruction as items to be very well cooked, this was not the case and did not have time to return it! "When we arrived, we were informed there would be no housekeeping in our room as we were nly there for 2 nights, but could ask for extra towels if we wanted them. In our double room, there was only one towel in the bathroom, this had a large orange stain on it. The location of the hotel was good, central. There is car parking, but it isn't cheap.
