"On arrival, our family suite was clean and well presented. It had all the necessities such as full kitchen, washer, dryer and outdoor amenities. Woolworths and pharmacy is a short 5min walk down the road which made things super convenient. The staff are very friendly and notified us when our room was ready for check in. Would definitely recommend and book here again next time we are in the Gold coast."

"Staff very helpful and convenient location Balcony for decoration only and bathroom a bit dated (shower door seal leaking, sink drains slowly, moisture stains on ceiling)"

"Lack of communication. Was supposed to msg me regarding after hours arrival. No msg recd until after we got there and had to try to ring them twice. They then didn't even msg me on the phone number they were supposed to but to another person who was also trying to contact them as we were standing there in the rain. Standing in the rain and wind waiting with no cover and this was only at 7pm at night. No proper signage or lighting to try and access the key box. Room was old and dated not a true picture as on their website. Infestation of ants in the kitchen appliances. Dirty tissues and rubbish under and around beds. No extra bedding/blankets available and it was cold. No actual latch mechanism on the bathroom door so you couldn't shut it properly. Unit 1 is extremely dated, dirty and old. Noisy. Cannot open the blinds properly. DO NOT STAY HERE - IT IS DISGUSTING and how they can justify charging money for it I do not know"

"Our room smelt like stale mildew and cigarettes. It had a really bad odour. People had likely been smoking in the covered balcony and it had that old smoke smell while thew rest of the suite just smelt damp. The hallway smelt like McDonalds. The3 beds were the worst beds Ive ever slept on in a hotel, we had two double beds and both had roll together. They reminded me of something from a budget hostel. No amount of crisp linen could disguise it. There were no spare pillows or blankets. This was no where near luxurious. The location is unbeatable but the rotting room, terrible beds and pool with tiles missing let it all down."
