"The hotel was clean, affordable, and practical, meeting our primary needs. It offered convenient access to the airport via multiple bus lines, an airport shuttle, and a short taxi ride. There are a few areas to improve. The self-service check-in screens in the lobby were not functional and created friction on arrival. A staffed reception would provide a more welcoming first impression. The hallway leading to the rooms would benefit from refurbishment, and the food quality did not meet expectations. That said, the staff was helpful and welcoming throughout the stay. The room itself was clean, well furnished, and comfortable. A minor detail: a traditional bar of soap would be preferable to the wall-mounted dispenser."

"Really value for money for a London stay. Close to tube and property ok to just doze off at night after a long day. The AC didn't work but got water was fine. No kettle in room but shampoo and hand wash available. Best not to venture late at night since the area could be a bit scary, especially if you are alone."

"The location is good in terms of getting into central London with Hammersmith tube only a short walk. The rooms are really three star, basic with only a kettle and some water as frills. We did not find the bed too comfortable, and the bathroom looked like was due for upgrade. Breakfast was very good with a lot of quality ingredients and options. The lifts / elevators need attention with long waits and more than 5 people was an overload. Also getting in and out of the hotel was not straightforward, the lobby is on the first floor so you have to get a small lift up one floor. It would be better to have an escalator and is an obvious upgrade. Parking is £1.50 per hour with a code the hotel give you on checkout. I don't think for the price-point I will return, there are newer and better options available locally. "

"Okay for an early flight for terminal 2. Expensive hotel but room very basic with no extras like slippers, water biscuits etc. On the positive it's only a couple of minutes walk to departures. Can get a train into London."
