"Where do I begin? Our room needed an update. The tub was dirty and our sink wouldn’t go down the drain. The food was not great and no flavor. I went to the Italian restaurant and waited a hour and 15 minutes for a medium steak. All of our food was cold. The staff at the billboard bar was very unprofessional ! We went for ice cream it was down 3 times. The bartender there are the rudest people I’ve ever met. The say “what do you want?” No please or thank you. The pool bar guys are nice. The spa...

"We had a great stay. The property is very spacious, so there is plenty of room to relax and enjoy your privacy. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. The staff were attentive, friendly, and made us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would happily visit again."

"Properties were very clean, however, we had to change rooms because of bugs. We also had bugs in the new room. We loved the restaurants, foods that were served, the variety. We loved the shops and entertainment and informative app. All of the staff we interface with were polite and very helpful."
