"We spent Monday through Friday; we stayed at the on the platinum level and it was a blast! The bars and restaurants were top tier. Our rooms, the halls lobbies, beaches and restaurants were super clean. The bars poured strong drinks. The spa was incredibly relaxing along with the hydrotherapy area. Everyone was so lovely. It was the best time. "

"Service at restaurant wasn't great, first day we waites over 2.5 hours fornour dinner. Mext day at the grill, i was ignoresnfor over 15 min, then took over an hour to get our lunch. Appeared that service was only for people they knew as survice improved as staff gotbto know us. Two months before the trip, I had to cancel one night do to flight changes. Still waiting for my refund, despite many calls to both hotel and expedia. Its been 2 months. "

"Room, pool and property overall was clean and on point. Food could use an upgrade, buffets is decent, hibachi is the best on site all the other restaurants had food that was bland. The on site jerk and patty huts were decent and enough to keep you full as you keep your cup full. I went with my toddler, wife and mom for my birthday and had a great time. "Great Huts is now my favorite place to stay in my favorite parish, Portland. It was the most unique experience. A lot of thought placed in blending the manmade with the natural. Views from the cliffs are a feast for the eyes. Very helpful and friendly staff. Special recognition to Chef Sammy!"
