"I really like this hotel. Rooms clean and comfortable abd sound proof. The linens are nice and a full kitchen away from the beds. Tons of storage and closet space even in the basic room. Lighting could be better as a tiny complaint. One improvement is allowing trays for the breakfast up to the rooms. Breakfast ends early nice to get it and bring to sleeping family. The bathroom door opening and closing was designed wrong so that you had to step between the toilet and tub to open and close the door while in there. "When I checked out, there was a hockey tournament and the kids were using the only elevator. The door to my car was out of use due to icicles. The elevator took 15 mins to wait for with all my luggage. I then after going to my car had to wait again for the elevator to get another key as they had locked me out of my room.
