"40 minute check-in at 4:00 pm . One clerk available. Hotel was undergoing repairs. Room was basically a bed with a TV that was nearly impossible to operate, because the language was set in Spanish. A call for some help did not solve the language problem."

"The pool and garden were lovely. Very relaxing after a day's work. Conveniently located with good parking. Staff were great!"

"The staff was extremely rude. The outside parking lot had trash and it smelled like piss. The room fridge was pack with disgusting food. From the previous stay. I called about my 75$ deposit and the receptionist hung up in my face. My wife called back and she explained she was upset because of a negative interaction she previously had with another customer which had nothing to do with me. The beds were not comfortable I got no sleep. The hallways smelled like dirty rug and the morning breakfast didn’t have much at all just an overall lousy stay "

"Our room overlooked a parking lot but you could see the ocean over the beach buildings. It is due to be renovated and it certainly needs it. Even though the king bedroom suite was spacious with 2 bathrooms, it lacked furniture."

"Out of the four elevators only 2 worked , room was clean , you can tell the place has bin painted a few times in its lifetime , it was cold the week we were there and thermostat didn’t seem to have any heat "
