"The condition of the hotel was not up to the standards of a Hilton hotel. It was worse than staying at a motel ^. We brought these issues to the attention of the manager on site, and it appears our concerns were not communicated to upper management. I have no desire to ever stay at a Hilton property."

"The common areas of the property are nice, and clean. Our room was filthy and the bathroom was old and in poor shape. Shower curtain was torn, the shower would not drain. By the end of my shower the water was ankle deep. There was hair all over the floor and on shower walls. The shower had mildew and cracked areas. In general, the bathroom needs some repair and deep cleaning. The staff was friendly, but did not follow through with my request to fix the shower drain issue. ...

"Hotel is very old. AC didn't work properly, refrigerator wasn't cold and toilet wouldn't flush all the time. Elevators are super small as are the rooms Staff, beach, pool and gelato were great"

"All staff that we dealt with could not have been nicer or accommodating. My husband and I went for a relaxing vacation where we didn't want to do much but soak in the sun, pool and beach...and that's exactly what we did. We had a great ocean view, and the food in all the locations in the hotel that we visited were wonderful. The only thing that could have been better were the elevators. Sometimes there was only one of the three elevators working. One was out our entire stay, but I did see...

"The room smell very smoky the pillows smell smoky the hallways smell like mildew. The staff at the front desk was rude and was not confident in their job on providing the information for parking. There is a $250 deposit and for parking if you are still parking is five dollars every hour which is ridiculous. I will never stay at this hotel again and I definitely would not recommend"
