"This was an excellent stay for our journey to London. The location is great, quiet, and easy to navigate to many destinations. The room was a bit delayed for our check in, but we were able to be seated at the bar until the room was ready. The room is a bit outdated but comfortable with a touch of British feel. "The Strand Palace is in an excellent location within walking distance of the National Gallery, St.Paul's Cathedral, the West End theaters, etc. The room was lovely with all the amenities one could hope for, including a Keurig machine for early morning coffee. The staff was so friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The breakfast buffet had a wide array of both hot and cold dishes."

"The best thing about this hotel is definitely the location. Many transportation options around the hotel. The restaurant is also very nice - food was great, so was the staff. Breakfast was incredible. There was a big construction site right in front of the hotel, which made for very loud mornings - I wish this was informed previously. For some reason, our housekeeper left our window open everyday after cleaning which left the room so cold when we arrived late after sightseeing. Also, the room...
