"Nice for a simple weekend get-away. The staff were nice. They charge a lot of extra expenses such as $100/daily incidental fee, $25 breakfast, and expensive drinks. It’s not a deal breaker but I’d rather spend money at surrounding restaurants than on the basics at this hotel. It’s not a far walk from Navy Pier but in general Chicago will require a lot of walking. The bell-man was extremely polite and helpful-I didn’t catch his name but he was greatly appreciated.
