"This is my go to place whenever I visit Miami Beach if it’s not booked up . The location is great! close to the beach , cafes , restaurants, bank ( ATM ) and even a Walgreens there is also ample public transportation within foot steps from the hotel .. i highly recommend this hotel for everyone - Cheers Joe "

"I booked for five nights with children and was put on a side of the building that was basically inside of a construction site. The noise was unbearable. I asked to be moved for any portion of my booking. First I was told there was nothing available. Then I was told I could be accommodated. Then I was told that I could not be accommodation. I was asked to leave and check out and I would be refunded my last two nights. I did what I was told and then when Expedia tried to negotiate my refund, management at the hotel ignored them and Expedia gave up trying to help me. I am disappointed with both the hotel and Expedia. At no point was I told about the construction. There was no compensation for that at all. I feel there were significant misrepresentations. I followed directions and now I am out hundreds of dollars. It basically ruined my trip. "

"We had a great experience with the concierge desk. Both Angelo and Chris provided us excellent service. We had an unfortunate travel delay and airport change that caused us to get in around 2 am. Both of these men helped to assist us in getting our luggage from the airport to the hotel, then to our room. The room itself was nice and cool, perfect for sleeping. The beach is a nice quick walk and plenty of places to eat near by. "

"Very nice hotel, but for how much it cost, it would be nice to have something included. Everything carried its own fee, and they wouldn’t even let us eat their own food in the lobby bar."

"This was the 4th time we repeated our comfortable experience. Our room was quiet and clean. The only thing that would have made it better would be to allow access to the smart tv via WiFi. A staff member tried to help but was unable to gain access. Everything else was terrific. Thank you and see you soon!"
