"Il start with the bad bit.i waz travelling on my own & was very tired & hot i had booked this hotel because it said it had free parking. After driving around in circles for 20/30 mins i tried to ring hotel no answer i tried about 20 times by now i was so upset and wanted to go home.i found a place to park & walked to the hotel. The lady/owner was lovely explained how to get to carpark. SO my suggestion is for that to be on the booking forms.my room was amazing it was spotless bed so comfortable....

"My first solo night stay and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience here! All the staff were lovely and made me feel very welcome. I booked this place on the day of travel at a very reasonable price, and they were still accommodating enough to give me a later check out time with no extra charge. The guy on the night shift was an absolute legend and chatted to me for a while when I got back from a night out, he immediately made me feel at ease. Please pass on a good word for him from...

"We booked the Grand Suite which was beautiful and comfortable with our own access to a private garden. Bianca at the reception was most courteous, helpful and friendly - she even helped us carry our luggage from the car. The hotel is in a great location with walking distance to the city center. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and appreciate Bianca’s hospitality. Will definitely recommend to friends visiting Bath. "

"This property is in an ideal spot for everything u want to do in western, michelle is so friendly and welcoming wen u arrive,the room spotlessly clean,tea,coffee facilities ,tv and bathroom all clean. Great price,breakfast included.Very happy,definitely stay here again, "
