"The room was as always very clean and comfortable! The staff was helpful at all times of the day and night. I want to maybe bring my cats next time for my getaway and see how they will love it. And the WiFi was beautiful because I had my gaming system."

"This property is great when you have to be near Keck Hospital. I had a few glitches. 1st room air conditioner was incredibly loud so no sleep that night. The staff was wonderful and had me move to another room. Unfortunately when I got up at 6am to get to the hospital I didn't have any hot water. Needless to say, I moved again. Happily this room has everything quiet air and hot water. The breakfast is pretty good also scrambled eggs,sausage or bacon, bagels,yogurt,fruit,cereal of course coffee and tea. I actually really like this property even with the little issues I had this time."

"The property was very nice and clean and modern. The negatives were that there was no complimentary breakfast. The staff was very nice and we asked for silverware and almost as we were hanging up the phone they were already knocking on the door. Its also a short uphill walk to universal. Also parking was a little higher than expected."
