"Great location and great service. There is a daily resort fee - but you actually get something useful for the fee - free wine or soft drink each day, free sweet treat daily, and a daily food credit. Lobby bar has good atmosphere and good service"

"The property was very nice and clean and modern. The negatives were that there was no complimentary breakfast. The staff was very nice and we asked for silverware and almost as we were hanging up the phone they were already knocking on the door. Its also a short uphill walk to universal. Also parking was a little higher than expected."

"Comfortable room. Good location (close to LAX airport). Good airport shuttle service - to and from the airport. Hit or miss in terms of help with luggage from the shuttle driver (please don't forget to show/give gratuity). The heated swimming pool was fantastic and I like that it remains open till 10 pm. The pool side cabanas were great too. I also used the gym - it is open 24 hours and so since I was jet lagged and awake at 3am - working out at that hour helped me get tired for bed."
