"We really enjoyed our stay here. Great views of Akureyri and the northern lights. The room was spotless. Staff were very helpful - we asked about wine and beer as the bar wasnt open in winter. They got us a bottle of wine and some beers which was great as it was my partners birthday. "

We had to resort to boiling the kettle to use hot water. We contacted the property 18th Feb to raise our concerns and did not get a reply. "Perfectly clean - very well equipped - amazing coffee machine and warm and comfortable. Even managed to see the Aurora from the bedroom window one evening. The only negative was finding the actual entrance on the first day which is actually on the road behind Tryggvabraut street !! "
