"The bed was comfortable, and the white cotton bedding was nice - what you'd expect from a hotel that touts itself as a luxury spa hotel. But that's where the luxury ends and the pretense begins. They may have an "award-winning chef," but the restaurant was closed when we went down for dinner. Overall, the place has a very 1980s vibe. The room was so dark - no desk lamp even - that I had to create a makeshift area by the sliding glass door where I could use sunlight to put on makeup. There were...
