"The Locke hotels are always very beautifully designed and the rooms are very nice. The rooms are large, fully equipped kitchen and nice layout. We had some trouble with the A/C, but was immediately taken care of by the staff, who are very friendly. The only minimal drawback is that we stayed for 6 nights and had programmed housekeeping for the third night, but they never came. "Beautiful hotel. Issue was with a VERY LOUD party with deep bass music blasting till midnight. 5th floor rooms and I guess the party on the 6th floor and every beat could be felt Earplugs not helpful. Poorly planned or poorly designed event space but do not stay here if any events w music being held! Ridiculous. So much for any rest before a long flight."

"Whent to the bar ,the bar manager had gone home , at to bring my own beer from my min bar. To watch the football the TV in my room did not work it was a bit like Forty towers ."

"We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). Helllowww, I have prepaid all my rooms and yet the hotel gave my room to someone who paid even lesser than me. "Got the 2 bed room apartment for a long family stay, and the apartment was well cleaned, fresh and airy. Amenities (washer/dryer, microwave, cooker etc all included). The staff were welcoming and helpful especially the Manager, house keeping came every other day or so & were thorough, Location is great at Canary wharf, close to the train station and other nice shopping & dining access within walking distance. Overall would definitely recommend this Fraser place for stays!"
