Property has great views in a wonderful area. The hotel itself is falling apart and unsafe for small children. Would recommend to back packers on a budget.

The hotel is in a stunning cliff front location. The staff are friendly and helpful. Not the newest hotel, but well maintained with character. The food is 7/10, the breakfast is great though. The hotel can be quiet, we wanted that, however a blue bird taxi will take you to Nusa Dua shopping district for 50k. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Thanks

Check in was an easy process but no welcome drink upon arrival as a voucher was given for this to go to the beach bar. Had a 2 hour trip from Ubud there so a drink would have been pleasant upon arrival. With a buggy you get taken to your accommodation. Our room was top floor suite with beautiful ocean views upon my request however our first night there had a rat run from the couch to the wall. Staff came in with mosquito spray which was laughable and i had to show them photos to show them the difference between a mouse and a rat. They moved us next door to the Presidential Suite but room was huge and lacked personal touches with decor etc. Rugs were old and pillows had to be changed a few times which still didn't give a good night sleep. Buffet breakfast was extensive and had lots of options for a varied breakfast. The hot food could have been warmer as it only was luke warm unfortunately but tasty nonetheless. Went on our first night to the beach bar to get the welcome drink. It lacked ambience with us being the only table there. We had ordered dinner but had to eat it quickly as it swarmed with bugs and insects. The pool area is beautiful however no staff around to take drink and food orders really. We had to look for them on occasions although menus are put out by the lounge chairs. At 10am the doof doof music started, not loud but not enjoyable either. I love this music normally but perhaps for this location and clientele it may be nice to have this after 3pm.

The hotel is quite new, unfortunately Covid shut down combined with some poor maintenance equals mould everywhere and a lung infection, three sick people in one group can't be wrong. Which is a real shame cos the view is spectacular. Food is actually very good also. Staff are great but there isn't enough of them

The hotel staff are very friendly. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. Just a bit of confusion with the booking i made with expedia as it says free minibar and turned out that it is not included. Ended up not getting it . I hope expedia will be more careful with the inclusions they advertise so there will be no misunderstanding in the future.

Really amazing view from the hotel n the rooms. Rooms are semi serviced apartments big but not classy. Bit old design and furniture. Restaurant is okay . Nice pool facing the sea. However no approach to the stony beach. Room veranda area is cramped. But for the excellent view nothing else great to speak about.

Good place to stay in Nusa Dua - secluded so need to take taxi everywhere but cheap and never had any trouble getting a Blue Bird to most places. Friendly staff and room impeccable.

They advertise a beach front hotel but there isn’t a real beach or even chairs on said beach, had to walk over to next door hotel for beach access. Charged us for local calls thought all hotels provide free local calls.

Besides its location is a bit remote (still can easily get a taxi) everything was just exceptional . We were staying in the suite room , the view face to the ocean is fabulous .you will see sunrise in the morning and starry sky with sea waves in the night. Staff were helpful & friendly made our stay unforgettable .

My Husband and I had an amazing stay here. The staff were friendly and attentive. The suite was huge and had a beautiful view of the Indian Ocean. It is value for money. Though it is quite isolated, we enjoyed the exclusivity.

Nice hotel with nice view.
The hotel has a very nice ocean view. It was too quiet. The beach front is not always available depending on the tides. There was no water sport activity on the beach. The main swimming pool is nice but not always available because of the several weddings occasions. I insisted to swim during the wedding. It was very i embarrassing but I was staying for 3 nights only (I had to do it). The breakfast did not have a variety of choices.

Peaceful... isolated
Peaceful, yet isolated hotel. Even from its neighbor. Staff was corteuos and views were spectacular. Rooms spacious and breakfast buffet was okay; work people sights of monkeys. Pool was frequently unavailable, due to weddings, room & infrastructure require polish, and lunch/dinner/drink menu left you wanting. Enjoyed a 5 day/4 night stay and would recommend the hotel, for the value.

Plush but soulless
Lovely room overlooking the ocean, lovely grounds. There was a wedding in the day we left and we wanted to have a swim in the infinity pool, but due to the wedding it was not possible. The hotel was a bit soulless, it had an empty feeling to it.

Best view for sunrise
I sprained my ankle couples days before going to Bali. I was not able to enjoy the beach and swim in the sea. But I was impressed by the service. They are friendly and willing to help you. I asked for something to deliver to my room. It was quick. Great service, definitely recommended.

Good location, good prompt service
The location is good and secluded. There was direct access to the beach. We stayed at the pool villa, and had a decent view of the ocean and horizon although it was partially blocked by the roofs of other villas.The staff were friendly and very prompt in service. The restaurant food quality was ok but overpriced, breakfast variety was poor. There was unfortunately no hot water in our villa even after we raised this to the staff. And even while we had an electronic mosquito repellent in the room and our own repellents, every night of our holiday was consumed by the mosquitoes, so that was a very unfortunate experience and it marred the holiday. i wouldn't go back again even if i was paid to do it. sorry.

This area of Bali is very quiet in regards to the local area, once you are in your resort there is not much else to really do. Unfortunately they had multiple weddings booked for one of the days I stayed and the pool area was off limits for a fair chunk of the day which limited the options. Food was very nice and reasonably priced and the in house spa was excellent.

Perfect Balinese Escape
This beautiful property is cut right into the cliff and fits in nicely amongst its grand neighbors, the St. Regis and the Ritz Carlton. The level of service and genuine hospitality was wonderful. All suites and villas have an ocean view and exude feelings of a private residence in paradise. This hotel is not for travelers who enjoy the pace of Seminyak, Kuta, or Legian. The area is much more tranquil and catered to those seeking a quieter retreat. Distance should not be an issue if you are planning to hire a private driver, which most people do anyway. The hotel offers a free daily shuttle service to Nusa Dua's tourist center and taxis are always readily available. Moreover, most package tours offer hotel pick-up and return. On a side note, the mini fridge is complimentary (beers, sodas, water) and restocked everyday for your convenience.

100 Sq Meter Room Overlooking the Pool
We got a great deal on one of their 100 Sq meter rooms that overlooks the pool and cliff. It was absolutely outstanding; we were able to have a look at the villa's also, and I would say as a couple, the suites are probably more my preference. I loved the stay, the service was excellent. One thing to keep in mind is that it is away from the action of Nusa Dua and a little off the beach as it is up on a cliff, but this is a very romantic and stoic place to stay and indulge in luxury.

Villa's are the best ever!
This place treats all guests as royalty. We had my wife and her sister and her friend. We had the Villa with 2 standalone units and a private pool. Everything was so spacious and comfy. The views of the ocean are great. This place was designed very well and so stylish. When we go back we will for sure stay at the same hotel. The only negative thing I could say are that there is nothing that close within walking distance if you want to go to a market or another restaurant off the property.

Wonderful views! Absolutely stunning!
Had a fantastic two night stay! We choose Its purely for the view and we were not disappointed. Only a couple of nit picks would be the pool is very much on the warmer side, so if you wanted a refreshing dip pop down to the beach instead. Also the lunch / dinner menu could do with a little TLC seems like it hasn't changed on a very long time. I think that if the menu was redone we wouldn't have bothered leaving the hotel the entire time we were there! Note- very isolated to go to the shops etc you need to get a shuttle in to the main town.
